Travelodge

The Valencia site is located in the Manises District approximately 300m from the airport. The scheme was completed in 2011 and includes a 116 bedroom hotel with 40 car-parking spaces. The value of the scheme on completion was € 16 million.

We negotiated planning for a 113-bed hotel and a 38,000 sq ft retail scheme across ground floor and mezzanine level, in collaboration with the original owners of the site. The scheme was pre-let to Travelodge and Asda Living.
