This large residential-led mixed-use tower development, counting 51 storeys, is part of the Vauxhall Nine Elms regeneration area. A joint venture with McLaren Property Ltd, it has created 450 new homes, office space, amenity space, retail, public realm and around 753 jobs. We sold the development  to DAMAC, the Dubai property company, in June 2015 . It is now known as The Damac Tower.
