Completed in January 2026, this 220-room hotel occupies a nine-storey building in the heart of Hannover, directly opposite the central station. The property has been leased to Premier Inn on a 25-year term, securing a long-term income stream from one of Europe’s most recognised hospitality brands.

The project involved transforming a vacant office building acquired in 2019, breathing new life into an underutilised asset in a prime city-centre location. The scheme achieved BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification, setting a high benchmark for sustainable hospitality development.
