We’re developing a new 220-room hotel in the centre of Hanover, opposite the central station. Leased to Premier Inn on a 25-year term, the 9-storey hotel replaces a vacant office building we acquired in 2019. We have obtained the building permits and construction is imminent. A BREEAM ‘excellent’ certification is being sought and completion is expected during 2025.
