A new 23-storey hotel with 307 rooms, operated by Wilde Aparthotels by Staycity – the upscale lifestyle brand of Staycity Group. Situated directly opposite Southwark Underground Station and within walking distance of Waterloo Station, the hotel offers exceptional transport connectivity across London, ensuring easy access for visitors, commuters, and locals.
The development features activated ground and mezzanine levels, accessible to the public, with co-working spaces, a café, a restaurant, and a bar. Street-level improvements along Blackfriars Road, such as seating and soft landscaping, will enhance the streetscape and create a more inviting environment for residents and visitors.
This marks the second project collaboration between Staycity Group and Citygrove, with Citygrove managing planning and construction. EPR Architects has also joined the team, their second partnership with both entities.
The project is expected to be completed in 2030.
