We developed this substantial office scheme on behalf of La Salle Investment Management. In the heart of the City of London, 60 London Wall provides over 350,000 sq ft of premium quality, grade A specified office accommodation over ground and 10 upper floors, with five roof terraces offering views over the City. Delivered on time and on budget during the Covid lockdown, the building’s sustainability credentials are impeccable, winning the prestigious New London Architecture environmental award 2021 and achieving a BREEAM ‘outstanding’ rating. Targeting a 2 star Fitwell certification, the occupants’ wellbeing has also been a priority. We’ve included 38 showers and changing facilities, over 400 bike spaces, 27 folding bike lockers and over 2100 sqm of accessible, outdoor space across landscaped terraces and balconies.
