The Clearings

We’re developing 78 ‘super-prime’ apartments with private leisure facilities, concierge services, a residents’ business suite, secure basement parking and a retail unit.  Formerly the site of a John Lewis warehouse, The Clearings stands at the prime Knightsbridge and Chelsea border, equidistant between South Kensington and Sloane Square tube stations.

As part of the implemented planning and in line with our community minded ethos we funded and constructed new facilities for the local Marlborough primary school with 400 pupils.

Yiewsley

This development, on the site of an old Morrisons food store,  will provide 145 new residential apartments, a new Morrisons supermarket with a cafe and underground parking spaces.  The location, near West Drayton station, takes advantage of the new Elizabeth Line service to central London. Construction is due to start imminently and is scheduled for completion during 2024.

Hadrian’s Tower

We conceived and obtained planning permission for Hadrian’s Tower,  a 26-storey landmark residential development located at a prime position on St James Boulevard in the centre of Newcastle. We sold the land with the benefit of planning in the summer of 2018.

Cadogan Gardens, London

In 2020 we restructured and refurbished this property in Chelsea’s Cadogan Estate to create a spacious lateral apartment. In addition to the high specification, we furnished the home with vintage and modern furniture, art and ceramics, contemporary fabrics and other distinctive finishes to create a unique residence.

Holland Park

We restructured and refurbished this property in an impressive white stucco-fronted Holland Park villa to create a three bedroom apartment. We furnished the space with a combination of vintage and modern furniture, art and ceramics, contemporary fabrics and other distinctive finishes to create a modern, well equipped home.

The Grove

We secured planning permission for this mixed-use residential development in London’s Royal Borough of Greenwich. The scheme features two buildings, measures 12,000 sqm and  includes 144 apartments and a retail / restaurant unit. It fronts Eltham High Street. Galliard Homes purchased the development opportunity in 2014.
