We developed Bahia Real, comprising 23 retail and leisure units, in a joint venture with Burlington Capital. Opened in December 2020, the development reached full occupancy within 7 months and is a popular Santander shopping and leisure destination. In April of 2022, the 22,000 sqm scheme was sold to a fund managed by Savills Investment Management for €62 million.
It received a ‘runners up’ distinction in the 2022 Spanish Retail and Leisure industry awards.
In a joint venture with Burlington Capital, we developed this open-air shopping plaza featuring a supermarket, DIY store, casual restaurant and sports bar. Opened in November 2017, the 30,478 sqm plaza’s value on completion was around €65 million.
Citygrove developed this 250 beds hotel, located in the 22@ district of Barcelona, leased for 25 years to the hotel operator Travelodge, which was inaugurated in February 2013 and sold to Standard Life.
The Valencia site is located in the Manises District approximately 300m from the airport. The scheme was completed in 2011 and includes a 116 bedroom hotel with 40 car-parking spaces. The value of the scheme on completion was € 16 million.
