HG Construction has completed the on-site work for our Lambeth development, which features a 13-story, 137-bedroom Premier Inn hotel. The hotel includes Premier Plus rooms that offer stunning views of London.
In addition to the hotel, the project encompasses a modern church for the Lambeth Walk Methodist Church. This facility features a worship hall, community spaces with terraced gardens, two residential apartments, and a café. Both buildings have achieved BREEAM Excellent status for sustainability.
The hotel is now welcoming guests, while the church will open its doors in March, continuing the spirit of community.
