Wyvil Court was a redundant 2,200 sq m office building located close to Vauxhall Station, offering excellent connectivity across London and presenting a strong opportunity to bring an underutilised site back into active and sustainable use.

Citygrove secured full planning consent from Lambeth Council in November 2025 for the redevelopment of the site into a 185-bedroom hotel.

Located at 10 Wyvil Road, the development will introduce Staycity’s boutique lifestyle brand, Wilde, to the wider Vauxhall / Nine Elms area. The scheme will feature a design led front of house offering, including a publicly accessible reception, bar, co-working space, café, pantry and artisan shop, creating a vibrant destination for both visitors and the local community.

Sustainability is a core focus of the development, with key features including on-site solar PV, air source heat pumps and green roofing, supporting the project’s wider environmental ambitions and aligning with the wider regeneration objectives of the area.
